Alright so you're going to want to start out with a 50 amp fuse in your breaker. Wirenut this onto your 120v split wire. Then you start on your first 15a outlet and move on to the car battery you're going to use as a transformer for your basements charge.

!!IMPORTANT!! Wrap your ground around the case of the battery at least twice.

After this make your next two jumps to a 20a and 10a outlet. Then this goes down into a hot/neutral jump between three AA batteries to reduce your 50a into 15 (50/3= 16.6*). Then this is going to pair off onto your final 15a outlet which honestly I would jump about three surge protectors off of this (minimum) to protect your setup completely. The ground from this goes around to a wooden dowel (you can use a shovel handle) that you need to bore a hole into the concrete in your basement for. Wrap this around several times and end in a wirenut. Safety first.

Now that you've gone outbound from this setup I would call the fire department and toggle your main breaker and 50a fuse until the setup finally comes to life.
