Disregard the neets who live in their parent's house for a living calling you a pussy. You didn't have to tell him you quit but you did the right thing for them blowing you off about safety concerns. I work with delivering construction materials to building sites including houses that have maintenance work being done to them. That picture is literally an OSHA violation waiting to bend them over and fuck them into oblivion. Not only is it the wrong type of ladder there's also zero securement and chances are he had no intentions of using a spotter to hold said shifty ladder. The other anons are right to tell you he's a grifter who doesn't give a damn about your well being. Any job much less apprenticeship that doesn't value the safety of their workers is literally Mexican tier and should be reported ASAP given that they aren't some fly by night operation run by tacos. But seriously though, do your home work when signing up for some "apprenticeship" that's just there to milk you for free labor and make sure you actually join a reputable business because your well being and in some cases your life can be on the line.
