I'm hardly a guitar expert, but that really doesn't seem like much of a bow. The action looks too high at the nut and maybe the bridge too. You want a bit of bow to begin with.

You want to measure the string height at the 12th fret when you push down at the first fret. It should be about 1.9mm on the high string, and 2.8mm on the low string. If it is, the nut is too high. If it's higher, the bridge might be too high.
