Seems excessive, but you could use it for the main structure and something thinner for the outer sheeting.

I put together a layout idea assuming you bought that zsus thing which appears to be microATX. Four hard drives so you can run your OS from a m.2 SSD and hoard your anime in RAID5 for data redundancy. The idea is you have your 5mm plate through the middle for maximum stability, screw in the hard drives from the top, then mount the motherboard over top of them. Drawbacks of this would be making sure the screws for the hard drive don't protrude and ground some of the motherboard pins a, but you could get around this by getting countersink screws (and obviously countersinking the holes). Other drawback is having to remove the motherboard to change the drives, but that would ideally be a very rare occurrence. Added a SFX PSU, and from just eyeballing it a half height GPU will fit perfectly depending on how tall of a CPU cooler you can find. You might want to consider adding a wifi card in that empty PCIe x1 slot.

No, just heatsinks.
>>RAM is probably trash
>The only thing I'm going to be using this is for pirating anime and rpg maker games, you reckon just 2 ram sticks is enough?
>Will try 2 and buy extra if it runs slow.
You might be fine with the one it comes with. Keep in mind it's supposedly ECC, so you can't mix ECC and non ECC RAM.
>>Did you figure out what video card you're going to use and how much power the whole thing will use?
>There is already an integrated gpu in the motherboard, you reckon I could get extra one to boost performance?
There isn't one. Xeon CPUs have never come with one.
>>how much power the whole thing will use?
>What if I just buy a big lithium battery to supply extra power and some kind of resistor? If not then how can I figure which battery to get?
Probably way too complicated, and modern shit boots fast enough that it might not matter.
