also if you didn't know the whirlpool cabrio washers with the direct drive brushless dc motors (and the maytag bravo's that are the same) were originally designed by fisher paykel.. which is why the fisher paykel toploads use the same drive design with the floating basket... the whirlpools put a second pump on them for recirculation though whereas the fisher paykels use a diverter valve and 1 pump....
