Our kitchen's lighting is a bit shit, since the ceilings are low we're using inset light fixtures but their placements are annoyingly far away from the cooker so it's kinda hard to see what you;re doing sometimes.
However, there is a shelf on the wall above the cooker. It's a nice shelf made from solid wood and I'd feel kinda bad putting screws in it for a light fitting, so are there clamps or anything similar that could be relied on to hold up a tube light indefinitely? The light itself won't need to be very big or anything.
