OP here, well I ended up finally going with this guy .
Amazon had them on sale for 12 bucks for three of them.
If these suck the next i will try will be fiskars and then the gerber one

You need to know that you will only be driving a few days a month. You have to go from campsite to campsite where you can spent a great deal of time gathering energy. There are people to travel like this anyway and it is very rewarding.
You just need to know that as mentioned early in the thread its faster to walk.
