I picked this kit up for $35 at Lowe's the other day. Maybe a bit more than some alternatives like the one you posted but I like the case setup a lot more, worth an extra $10 or whatever to have everything laid out neatly instead of having to dig through 4 different small cases in my toolbag to find the right one.
