Do I want to do fruit trees or nah?

Zone 7a, my vegetable garden is pretty nice. I live in the suburbs, so I don't have much space, but I do have a good 80'x30' area on a 15° west-facing slope that gets unobstructed sun.

I was thinking of doing 4 trees (2 of one and 2 of another for pollination) on a staggered pattern.

Has anyone had experience with this who can share their opinion? Was it worth it? Would you do it again? What would you do differently?

I am on municipal water. Recently (noticed today) my water tastes bad. I can't describe the taste... Earthy maybe? Perhaps ground water contamination?

Hot water works in every other faucet in my home except for the bath tub. I just bought this house (built 2005). I just looked around the crawl space and attic, only one water heater.

I thought maybe the hot line to the tub was clogged, but I have good pressure.... ideas?
