Any of the enclosed options, as it'll help against dust collection.
Half jokes aside what do you want us to tell you? Most beginners drop out of the hobby in less than months due to CAD, fine tuning frustration or lack of projects and their bedslingers get added to the craigslist/ebay pile of shame. Or they get into it, start working around the house, want that nice ASA machine and after their first "big upgrade", their old bedslinger gets also added to the craigslist/ebay pile of shame.
So for the average Joe, it comes down to
>buy i something that retains value and does everything i want ootb
>or.. do i not.
Really, if you're that low budgeted consider not buying a printer at all and just ordering prints. It'll definitely be the best option below 400g. Visiting a maker space may also be an option, but your mileage may differ heavily depending on location.
