Almost bought one of these, paid a bit more for a Toro Timecutter Max Havoc Edition for the beefier frame and deck. Also Tractor Supply had a 48mo 0% financing deal on Zero Turns so better deal than the other big box stores.

i just bought a Toro Timecutter Max 54", but i regularly mow 3.5 acres+ of generally smooth grass. it was pricy but a step up in quality over something like the Cub Cadet Ultima's; put them side by side and you will see where the Toro has more cast and fabricated metal parts to beef up the frame, controls and deck over other manufacturers.

zero turns or just mower decks over 42" in general are overkill for less than 1 acre of grass, you are better off with something smaller to work in tighter places.
