A circular saw with a guide to cut the 4x8s up, a shitty 50 dollar table saw to make bracing, sketchup and winisd to design and calculate the box, jigsaw and router to make ports and driver openings, 18ga nail gun and a shit ton of clamps to build the enclosure.
It's really not that hard, just a grand invested in tools and some time to get comfortable.
