what are you talkig about?
you can just use the pickit 3 programmer.

it's as good as any other and has full debugging support.

pic related is all you need for PIC8, PIC 32 is the same but different pin names.

the pickit 3 has 6 pins:
ground, vcc, miso, mosi, reset, and soemthing else that I never use.
