Well I know you folks over in 'Murica don't walk a lot and have much bigger properties/lower population densities within rural settlements, but if someone did that in my village, it wouldn't take a day until all neighbours would notice and ask themselves WTF is going on, and if the situation persists over a longer period, at the latest after a couple days someone would go by and ask them what it's all about and demand to clean it, because random trash looks ugly anyway
(to visualise, here a pic of my street - heaps of shit bags in someone's front yard would look out of place)
