You need to look up how to frame an RV. I think it's a better frame in the sense that it was framed in a way that the roof could support weight and it at one point had more structural integrity than a cargo trailer. I think rather than use wood, you'd be better off modifying a metal cargo container and anchoring that bitch to the frame you have. You could eliminate any of this conversation you've had with any of us.

You'd have a floor, structural integrity, paint would keep it from rusting, it wouldn't matter if it got wet, and the roof wouldn't rip off if you wanted to tow it without walls. You could do roll down heavy duty tarp siding just like you see in this picture.
