Take a water hose with an adjustable nozzle attached to control the velocity of the water spray
and see if that works. Good luck.

By the way converted the 50kms/hr=30mph and 15 km=9.3 miles. Am empathetic to your plight; insurance for a young person is astronomical.

Sounds like they are bees by the description. Please do not destroy them, like anon mentioned earlier you can probably get them removed free of charge. Have you ever seen a documentary about the disappearing bees, as long as there are bees around pollination will transpire.

Was installing siding on my chimney stack and found quite a few wasp nests, thank God they were not yellow jackets. Which reminds me to tote some bug spray next time. Bug spraying into the attic exhaust fan is an excellent idea. To further elaborate on that idea I would even attach a hose to the nozzle of the bug spray. Perhaps a WD-40 red hose might fit, in order to extend the length of the spraying. If the fan is not powerful enough it may not work, suggest wearing goggles to protect yur eyes and hold yur breathe while spraying; you are in a confined space. Good luck and let keep us informed on the outcome. I allow the nests to exist; wasps from my experience do not usually attack and they eat other pests like mosquitoes.

I built a 1000watt hub motor bike when I lost my licence, the motor and controller was $300 from eBay and I spent about $200 on rc plane battery's, 48v 10ah. This was enough for me to cruise around at 50kms/hr for about 15km. Pedalling, even lightly, will greatly increase your range! These things are awesome fun, and I did jumps and went through the local skate bowl with it quite regularly. Check the laws on power limits but, as Australia can't have more then 200w.
Good Luck
