i'm hoping to just take the face plate and motor out. replace them. i would probably damage the ceiling if i replace the unit. i may end up just calling an electrician when the package arrives, i dont care about money i just need it to work.
thank you for the alternates.

I think I can get 5V and 12V out of this clusterfuck, but I’m hesitant to do it because I don’t feel like shocking the hair off my balls with mains voltage and big capacitors.

Uni-T, Extech, Klein, Southwire, Innova...there’s a ton of brands in that price range that are all about the same thing, probably many of them made in the same factory. Look on Amazon and see what has the features you want and has good reviews.

There’s one called a Vici VC87 that looks like a straight knockoff of a Fluke and that’s really popular. And then there’s this list, it’s kinda overwhelming and I have rarely seen most of the brands in US stores but as I said before, many of them are likely rebrands of others anyway. I ended up getting brands sold by Home Depot and Lowe’s so I had the option of returning them if I fucked them up within a week but probably paid a couple bucks more than if I ordered a generic brand online.

Have u tried shorting some of the wires together, or even shorting two points or even three on the board... It looks like there's a small button next to the SIM card.

I heard something about electrical relays on circuit boards. It's probably as simple as finding the relay and getting it turned to the on position.

If you look at my mini you'll see it has a small printed light bar over the print bed, it would barely illuminate anything even in the dark. I'm using the same strips for the cab lights and and they light up the whole enclosure to the point of a very well lit room no glare and very easy to see and for 5 bucks fuck it they do the job I need them to. As a bonus they the exact length to surround the entire upper perimeter like they're made to fit

I’m not sure, I never used it for pain. The Maeng Da strains seemed to be more of an upper and then the red strains were a downer. Green strains seemed to be in the middle and white vein closer to Maeng Da upper feeling. I’m guessing the red or green will help relax the pain a bit more but the white or Maeng Da is a good daytime thing.

Don’t try and compare it to 200mg of morphine though. It’s not quite the same.

But with the kratom, try out different types in low doses first. There is such a big difference between strains, it’s like two different drugs. You don’t want to take 5g of some red downer strain that is going to make you fall out of your chair at work. That shit is for bedtime. Then some white or Maeng Da strains will get rid of the pain and give you an energy boost without making you walk sideways.

Hi, I live in Aus and have a pretty standard roof (Corrugated galvabond over a hard wood frame, cathedral ceilings).

I would like to put a very small deck on top of the roof, no more than 4m^2.

I am looking for resources on doing this, it seems not many people ever tackle this? I have a really good view from the roof but can't afford to build a 2nd story and would just like a small platform up there.

Can you point me in the right direction? I'm fully equipped with tools, am pretty handy and am an engineer.

How many 18650s would it take to jump start a car? So 3 cells in each group for 12V, and if they put out 20A, then 15 cells would be 100A @ 12V... I bet I could jump start my 50cc scooter with 6 cells, maybe even 3.
