Fugggg. Someone stop me!! I never used to be like this. Before, I was able to calculate my intake very precisely and knew how to deny snacks. Now I snack because it's almost routine.

My water intake is poor but I'm working on it. I drink 1 cup of coffee in the morning. My sleeping schedule is fucked but I take naps to make up for any loss from the night before.

I finally tried steak n shake last night because I've never had it and some of you faggots mentioned it is in the same league as in n out and whataburger.

It's was shit. They gave me the wrong burger, it was a double meat and still small, they don't even fucking sell steaks and the fries were shit. I got a bowl of chili too just in case I didn't like the burger or fries and the chili was the worst I've ever had. Not only was it loaded with shitty beans but the beans weren't even cooked all the way. And the flavor was just awful.

Basically all around terrible establishment, no wonder flyovers think it's good.
