Little known fact: the biggest slave traders and brokers in the United States were >>11575270

Well to be fair Whites were still glad to use slaves so it's their fault too.

Is a slow cooker worth it for me?
I already have a pressure cooker and I just feel that I can do the same stuff with that. I can go high heat and pressurised of course but I can also go low heat with pressure on or off or take the lid off entirely.
If I know how to use the hotplate properly I just don't see what a slowcooker does that a stovetop pressure cooker, or maybe even just a pot, doesn't.
Educate me.

(pic related is very rare. Especially with modern models and users who are not retarded.)

I have a meatsauce on the stove atm, and I'm eating some chocolate while waiting. And it made me think, could I put chocolate in the sauce? Or would it make the sauce weird? Would cocoa work, instead of regular milk chocolate?

An explosion is a rapid increase in pressure.

A pressure cooker can hold a lot of pressure before it releases it rapidly.

Even under normal use, a pressure cooker can literally act like a bomb; you can indeed increase the explosive effect by containing it within a pressure vessel.

My mom gave me some frozen boneless pork chops that expired on Halloween 2013. They don't look overly dry or freezer burned so I took them.
They're thawing in the fridge, want to eat them tonight. I've never prepared pork chops.

How should I make these? They probably are going to be dry/tough. Can /ck/ recommend a marinade or sauce? I'm guessing baking them in a sealed container would be my best bet.

Thanks, /ck/.
