I have ribeye and chicken breast in the freezer, but an hour isn't nearly enough time for a proper defrost, and I won't win any favors if her jaw is already tired from chewy meat. It'll have to be tofu.

Stirfry that in a wok with edemame, scallions and black bean sauce. Not much in the way of sides, but I can use some scallions and cashews to make lettuce wraps as an appetizer. I only have one bottle of red wine and I'm saving it for a special occasion, but it'll do in a pinch. Nothing for dessert (bitches love dessert), so I'll suggest skipping in favor of a place down the word with insane tres leches.
