In the same boat right now, anon, lost 100lbs but have quite a few more to lose (389 right now). Emotional eating is incredibly difficult to overcome, since you're inches away of consuming your "poison" every time you choose to put something in your mouth.

It's easy to make fun of fat people for the obvious reasons, but really, when anyone exceeds the 300lb mark, something terribly wrong happened in that person's life. The mental energy it takes to not fill your emotional void with food when it's not only easily accessible, but when you're already at a weight that drains you of most or all of the physical and mental energy you have, it's all too easy to be sucked back into the cycle.

It's great that you're almost past the 300s. I wish you the best - that you heal fully from your past, and look forward living life at its fullest.

>Public speaking
Above average I'd say. I'm not nervous in front of folks and I can improvise my speech to fit in jokes and such.
>Business relationships
Yeah, networking right? Been told its the single most important thing if I want to make it in life, been making friends that can help me out since I was a wee lad

Low fat foods include fruit and bread. Just eat as much fruit and bread as you want all day every day and you'll never get fat because bread and fruit are not parts of your body

Spatchcocked my bird and dry brined for 3 days. Will never do another way. I can't believe how great it turned out...the most flavor I've ever had in a turkey. The skin was fucking amazing too. Everyone loved it.

Everyone brings something but I did the turkey and a couple sides. I did some roasted root veggies (beets, acorn squash, parsnips and fingerlings w/thyme/rosemary) and a panzanella recipe I saw in a mag my gf got.

Sides were good but the turkey was the star. Had a great day with the senpai too.

Months ago I saw an episode of kitchen nightmares where the chefs instead of work, were putting all the food into the microwave and Gordon got so angry that leaves the restaurant. Oh, and how to forget that episode where a restaurant had a Mexican slave in the basement microwaving food and sending it through an elevator till the kitchen. Certainly all the episodes with microwaves involved are the funniest of all
