I fix myself ramen and G-fuel before getting to business. This morning, I poured the ramen powder into the shaker cup instead of the ramen bowl. How much will the therapy cost to fix this cross-wiring?

How do you eat rice with chopsticks? A local Ramen shop is opening up tomorrow in my neighborhood and I want to try it out. But I don’t want to use a spoon and a fork I would rather use chopsticks.

Why is Japanese food so pathetic?

Ramen is so flavourless and bland and literally no matter how many times I try it there's no improvement in quality.
Dons and bento boxes are also bland as fuck. Oh you put some pickles, vegetables, plain as fuck rice and a piece of bland cooked meat together. Who's eating this shit?

The ONLY good Japanese food is sushimi, and it's literally just raw fish. No effort goes into it, it's pathetic.

What do you add to your shitty cup/maruchan ramen?

for me, it's eggs (soft boiled), veggies, salt and onion powder

Tips to make this taste better and less spicy? It's my favorite ramen by far flavor-wise but it's too spicy for me.
My best one so far was using 3/4ths the sauce pack and adding some agave syrup for sweetness, but I think I can do better.

My mom is away for the week, leaving just me and my dad alone, and I've quickly come to realize how much we relied on her to take care of anything remotely food related. As such, we've picked over almost everything that can be quickly turned into a meal from the fridge without any effort, patience, or skill. If we (I) don't start planning our meals ahead of time, we're going to be ordering out for every meal, which will get very expensive, very fast. I want to rely solely on what we have in the fridge for as long as possible.

We have plenty of ingredients for sandwiches: different breads, meats, cheeses, etc. Which can cover us for breakfast/lunch, but I'd rather not have sandwiches for dinner too. Other than that we have eggs, lettuce, onions, canned chili, milk, endless sauces and dressings, canned mushrooms, several bags of frozen fries, misc. baking ingredients, and a pack of instant ramen I don't think I'll ever get around to eating. I help out with cooking fairly often, but I'm rarely the one actually making decisions, so I'm not used to being in the driver seat like this. My dad only helps with cooking if it involves the grill, which is fine, since I know how to use pretty much every cooking appliance other than the grill. My mom gets back Tuesday, at which point we can worry about groceries. Can anyone throw me ideas for dinner dishes I can throw together using the ingredients I listed?

Me and my cousin just invented a new food, we took a bag of regukar flavor (yellow bag) potatoe chips and poured a bag of ramen seasoning in it then shook it up. it was good

Are there any /ck/ approved quick and easy recipes for ramen? I don't want to spend an hour in the kitchen with cooking and cleaning up all the dishes. I looked into buying ramen broth but that shit was expensive as fuck.

i just come up with an instant ramen hack!!
i usually cook it in homemade stock but i didn't have any today so i just put a pat of butter in it when it was done and it was pretty close

What the hell is wrong with my broth? Every time I make some kind of broth, no matter if it's homemade from chicken or from stock concentrate, it has this flavor that I really dislike. I don't even really know how to describe it. It's sort of a sharp, high, kinda vaguely sweet-savory flavor that doesn't quite taste like anything else I can think of. I wouldn't really call it a bitter flavor. It's moderately unpleasant and really overpowing if you drink the broth by itself. It doesn't totally ruin the soup, but it really diminishes the quality for me. I've never tasted anything like this anywhere else, although I don't order soup from restaurants very often and my family seldom made it growing up. Is this a normal flavor? Is this just what broth is supposed to taste like? Am I doing something wrong? I had an excellent beef ramen from a restaurant years ago and I swear I tasted nothing even close to this weird flavor. Googling this question has given me no real answers

is it true that if you always eat the same food your face and skin tone will become to look like that food? my coworker call this employee noodle face cause he alway eat ramen noodle for lunch.
