bake the 1tbs of baking soda for 1 hour at 250F.

the bowl of flour will act as a catcher and dust the strand with extra flour as a finish.
before puting your dough through the machine make sure to dust the four quaters of doughballs with extraflour too it helps from the strands sticking together
