Gonna tell a little secret here. I worked in a place that sold burgers that often had these soggy-looking buns. I was assigned to the back of the restaurant, where my assignment was to pour small amounts of water and grease on each bun that we had and then put them on a conveyor belt that continued to spray them down while they moved to the kitchen, giving them that shine.

I remember one day, I was in there during my usual shift when my equipment began to malfunction. In particular, the sprayer for the grease and water seemed to spray very little of its contents onto the buns. Still, I was advised to continue spraying them with what little I could despite this malfunction, which is what led to the incident happening.

About halfway through the day, I noticed that the sprayer had become completely clogged, with mainly mist simply coming from it, rather than any liquid. I continued on, however, until one bun caught my eye. It was already moving down the conveyor, so I quickly ran to it in order to spray it. As I ran, the spraying-machine made a huge *glug* noise, and before I knew it, as I pulled the trigger to fire some grease onto our buns, all of the contents of the machine sprayed out on it, drenching it in grease and a distinctly bright shine.

Just buy some ground meat thats on sale(doesnt even have to be all beef, i used a mix of beef and pork for pic related), get a piece of baking paper and smash the patty on the cutting board so ts around one finger larger on the diameter than your burger bun, then place in a hot pan with a little oil in it and press with your hand so it stays flat. Scrape and flip, put cheese on top and you can put a bunch of onions in the pan as well to cook down. While you were cutting all your burger toppings stick some frozen fries in a hot oven and by the time your burgers are done they will be as well, like 20-25 mins after you have washed everything

Big Mac is still mid, patties are thin. They're good only if you've been drinking.

I had a burger king burger for the first time today. It was a junior or whatever their kids size is, but the patty was already larger than a mcdonalds patty. I also liked that the onions were sliced instead of diced. Overall superior.
