Is this the most accepted, but also least healthy food on this board? You have plenty of fast food and junk food threads, but they're also full of equal parts people bitching about them. Instant ramen seems to be liked across the board despite being less healthy than say McDonalds or sugar cereal.

instant ramen is much healthier than sugary cereal.

Not really, most cereal is at the very least pumped full of vitamins and minerals if not already containing it from what its made out of so they can advertise it as such, despite being coated in/paired with sugar. Instant ramen is literally just sodium.

Instant ramen is mostly flour which is better than sugar.

idk, I feel like these serve their purpose, that is "instant food, just add water" while also tasting decent
they're obviously unhealthy since they have a shitton of sodium and some of those oils that cause cancer, but then again so does McDonalds (and if you can be assed to go get a burger it might as well be from a place that actually serves good burgers and not oversalted overcooked tasteless paper mache patties)

sugary cereal is marketed to kids and pretends to be healthy, which is just fucked up and probably partly responsible for all the problems with child obesity

>boil ramen
>drain water
>add vegetables and egg
>add seasoning packet
Is this a reasonably healthy version or am I still going to die early if I eat this regularly?

I never drain the water it's only two cups minus what is boiled away it's like soup
