the things that come to mind for me that i would love to make are haggis, blood sausage, takoyaki, tonkatsu ramen, doner kebabs. it's a simple list and yes i know they're meme foods. i'm a simple man.

if i was worldly and traveled i would probably be aware of the more mundane homely dishes of other cultures but i've never been outside of america and even then i've only been to a handful of states, most in the same region, so most of the stuff i'm aware of is the overhyped meme foods that everyone is aware of
