Ingredients: Green onions, ginger, garlic, beef/chicken stock, shoyu, sake, vinegar, pork/beef/chicken, ramen noodles, (optionally) miso paste, corn, carrots, takuan (pickled daikon), kamaboko (fish paste tube), soft-boiled eggs, nori.
Mince the onion, ginger, and garlic. Sautee them with a bit of oil on low heat. Sear the meat. Pour in the stock. Bring it up to a simmer. Add a teaspoon each of shoyu, sake, and vinegar. Let it simmer until the meat is softened. Add in your vegetables/garnishes of preference shortly before the meat is done (about 20-10 min., depending on how much they take to cook). Boil the noodles separately and combine them when serving them.

Throw away the packet of flavoring.
Heat up noodles in boiling water. Add chicken broth to it, or instead of water. Add salt, pepper, cumin, red pepper flakes, and chili powder. Stop here if you're extremely lazy. Cook up a chicken breast with the same spices and add that bitch to the soup after being cut up. Slice up some tortillas into small strips and theyre like dumplings. Bam! Mexican soup

Hey guys, I don't have much silverware and I got all of the stuff silverware included to make 6 large meals of ramen, for only 22 dollars. Putting it in at about 10 dollars a day. How can I improve my ramen? brands of noodles? Etc. I want it for the cheap. Here's a good guide if you can only shop at walmart.

It can be as easy or as complicated as you like. Proteins can easily be made in advance and saved for later, so can dashi and tare. You can literally add any flavor combinations of toppings and create exactly what you are craving

I prefer soft boiled egg, green onion, pickled radish, tare made of good quality soy sauce, mirin, and sake, and pork. But the sky is the limit.

I prefer Sapporo Ichiban shio ramen noodles

Is there any way to buy the chicken ramen seasoning by itself?
