Use less than half of the seasoning packet if you're concerned about sodium and add sriracha to make up for it.
Add an egg or two, plus some shredded chicken if you have any.
I also recommend cabbage and shredded carrots, if you have any. Green onions too

Noodle fag here

A.indo me goreng. Blanche 2 noodles plain, stir fry half onion, add a 1/5 cabbage and minced garlic clove.
Add a splash of water and half seasoning
Add noodles (semi cooked) which will soak up the water, stir fry till crisp.
Serve mi goreng, capsicum, peas. grill chicken or seafood

B. MarinaDr diagonally slices sausage strips in brown sugar, water, garlic
Blanch noodles
Stir fry marinades sausage, green onions, ginger, anise clove and dry chilli (if powder chilli add last)
You can add blanched cabbage, any meat, tofu or mushroms
Season with dark soya

C. BLance noodles
Toss in a cold salad of light soya (splash), diced scall ions, pressed tofu, Sichuan peppercorn powder, grated carrot (wring water out or too sweet), chilli
Basically soba noodle salad with ramen

D. Blanche 2 noodles, set aside.
Make stock of half seasoning, half onion. Fish stock powder, mushroom, splash soya
Boil and shell eggs
Add peeled egg, hot stock, ramen

Bonus recipie from West China:
Gently heat vegetable oil, garlic, Sichuan peppercorn, heaps of chilli, anise, white (not bleached) peppercorn.
Store in jar for days (should keep for ages, indefinatly if no garlic )
This is a rough "red oil" used universaly.

Make stock. If lazy add half onion to half seasoning I half literm of water.
Stir fry broccoli, lotus root. Green onion, add red oil and fry until slightly black
Put unto stock and cook noodles in it

Shoukd be spicy as duck
