Cheap fresh seafood. Flyover places are the worst for sea food. Best you can do is prefrozen. Why bother with it at all.

If I want a good fresh fish I have to catch a bass, trout, or panfish myself. The streams and ponds near me are so polluted it's not safe to eat most fish. Very hard to find a good pond that's near the top of the watershed.

Blood that has copper is blue because when the blood is oxygenated, the copper changes from Copper (I) to Copper (II), which is blue. But human blood isn't red because of iron, contrary to your intuition. It has to do with some other aspect of the chemistry that I don't know enough about to summarize.

Human blood is red because red blood cells are red. They're red because they contain hemoglobin. That's red because it contains iron.

Someone said earlier that deoxygenated blood is darker than oxygenated blood. It's the other way around. In fact, any doctor or nurse who regularly draws blood from both veins and arteries can tell which is which by a glance. Unless the patient is VERY poorly; then the arterial blood can look as dark as that from a vein. It's not a good sign.
