Don't have a pic, but this is cheap and easy:
>Chicken (breast or thighs, your choice
>Fajita seasoning
>1 box, Rice-a-Roni spanish rice mix
>salsa, your choice of heat
>cheddar cheese

>season and saute chicken, set aside
>make rice-a-roni according to direction
>when rice-a-roni is nearly done, add in a few large spoonfuls of salsa
>cube chicken and add back in to rice-a-roni
>grate in cheddar cheese and let melt
>serve with tortilla chips

the reason you might be poor, is that youre using so much processed shit

get back to me when you actually have to make a meal using scraps and packets of condiments you stole.

>chicken thighs, chopped, browned
>deglazed with a vinegar then simple syrup
>rice or pasta
>served with some steamed greens

basically all the flavour of any cheap dish i make is derived from the deglaze. Could eat it damn near every day.

also mirin is life.

another cheap dish
>noodles
>alight amount of browned onion
>peanut butter
>garnish of green to make it look appealing

kimchi is also my go-to when i have no dosh. a man can live, for a time, off rice and kimchi.

Pretty good, those little flavour cubes go great with dishes such like this. Dried TVP almost never goes bad, so I have a lot of this stuff stored

I have to say, instant noodles have a lot of potential. You just have to add a couple of chopped veggies, maybe some carrots, onions, garlic, basically anything to an otherwise simple preparation of boiling water, and putting the noodle cake in. Then you can go crazy and add rain condiments for taste

I'm not an American. I live in an Asian country. TVP is extremely cheap, when it comes straight from the whole seller

I like the bowl, really makes it look like dog food.

Good lord you people
You can negate all the ill effects of soy by running for 10 to 20 minutes a day

I exclusively use stainless-steel bowls, cups, glasses and plates. Extremely durable, doesn't break like ceramic or glass

I used to date this chubby chick who one day decided to try being vegetarian to lose weight and she brought home a bag of this stuff, I have to be honest, if you spice it up properly, it's not bad at all. She did lose the weight and I missed those chubby tits to be honest.

I know, it's hilarious how much whitey pays for this stuff in the organic section of the supermarket. TVP is the cheapest protein you can get in the Asian grocery. Cheaper than Indonesian Tofu.

£2 for 375g in the UK (makes about a kilo when rehydrated). Thats much cheaper than ground beef here.

It probably is but I’m vegetarian so it’s irrelevant.
