Tell me why all the white customers tipped, but all the black customers didn't?

I'm seriously becoming more and more racist because of this job. I don't want to be, but I can't ignore this pattern.

You don't have to increase menu cost to make up for lack of tipping. You just have to pay the unskilled and lazy worthless employees what they deserve to earn, which is minimum wage. Both of which are terrible reasons for perpetuating this practice.
I guess it doesn't even need to be legally abolished though, the problem could be resolved if everyone just gets into the new habit of not tipping so it goes away as some historical anecdote of an antiquated custom.
Uber started to help with making that sort of shift in behavior happen (they used to make a point of telling you tipping wasn't expected), but they caved in a few months ago and added a tipping option to their app.

I do tip for the record, although it's pretty irrational on my part since I get most of my food from Uber delivery now and I've never once had the same driver. The restaurants won't know or care if I'm tipping because these drivers are independent and just show up off of a ping to their phone app to pick up and deliver the food.
