Americans have been horribly spoiled with over-abundance of food and it made them weak, soft and effeminate. Best thing that could happen to them is returning to war time food rationing where you need only minimal to survival, plus hard psychical labor, banning all kinds of electronic toys and have only one TV channel with strictly political-educational-cultural content. Physical exercises will be mandatory, so does having a job. Every shirker will get sent to corrective labor camps. :)
