How can I cut 10lbs by Tuesday morning? I'm at a healthy bmi so it won't go ez (literally skinnyfat)..I have sauna n treadmill access, can't lift for a week bc threw back out a little..have to do this before date

How do you guys have the willpower of cutting to six pack levels of bf?

I have a healthy BMI, not fat just not shredded. no soda eat veggies and chicken most days. Then I binge on unhealthy food or just eat too much 'healthy' food. I get a streak going of eating at a deficit, then I get cold and cranky and eventually eat too much and gain it back.

Want to lose 10 lb over 2 months, get to 10-12% bf. Is the answer literally just stop being a bitch and have the willpower to push through being cold and cranky?
