Neighbor got into the holiday spirit and gave me a big bag ole nuts from his walnut tree today, I don't like sweets so give me some ideas for savory applications.

Kentucky Derby pie. You can make it with walnuts or pecans, otherwise it's dark chocolate and bourbon. Can't go wrong.

These. Also they can be used in Chinese cooking. They pair them with shrimp on the reg. Can also coat them in spices and butter and make spiced walnuts.
