buy a large or extra large take and bake pizza. cook it 2/3 of the way and take it out of the oven. take the bottom bun off of a McChicken and put the bottomless McChicken on the pizza. repeat until you can't fit any more on the pizza. fill in the empty spaces between the McChickens with chicken nuggets and cover with some more cheese. place back in the oven and cook the remaining time.
