I tried making my own thai ice tea. I wasn't able to recreate it like at a restaurant or Asian coffee place, but I did discover I very much like the taste of Bai Miang. So now I just drink that with some sugar and whole milk. It's exceptional.

Also for some reason earl grey and other teas give me indigestion but the bai miang doesn't. Take that for what you will.

Not gonna lie - single best Earl Grey blend, bar none. Discontinued but if you buy Adagio's blend it's the closest thing to it since they made this one for Thinkgeek. Loose leaf extra bergamot is patrician tier. [spoiler] also Twining's blend isn't even good as potpourri and it should feel bad about being weaksauce
