What's a good brand of dry pasta (rigatoni especially) that doesn't take forever to cook? I like my pasta past al dente and I swear it took like an hour of high boil to get my last batch of Unico brand rigatoni to cook right. Also, dry pasta recommendations only please. I'm poor and can't afford the good stuff.

I usually just buy the store brand at the grocery store, works fine.

Try gluten free pasta. It cooks a lot faster and I find that it take a lot to overcook it, it stays Al dente. Very cool
