Serious answer: you’d have some stomach discomfort/pain and be at risk of dehydration, but nothing drinking a lot of water won’t alleviate. It’ll ultimately pass through the other side in the same state that it went in. The stuff is nontoxic but the warnings are there because the package looks like that of fast food salt and little kids are retarded
