They would be good as seasoning for fried, smoked, or grilled chicken. Good with some lemony herb grilled or pan cooked fish as well, I'd think. Might also be nice on certain roasted vegetables. You could also use it in bbq sauce, or compound butter for steak, or as a seasoning in sausage. Might be nice with some game meats as well. Or in chili.

It's good with pretty much any pork dish. You can just make porkchops and season with ground Sichuan peppercorn.

Sichuan peppercorn works well with pasta tossed in olive oil and garlic. I'd imagine it doing well in fried chicken batter too.

I put some in risotto recently along with fennel seed. It was amazing. I like to add sichuan peopercorns where its flavor wont be out shined.

I'm not a fan of those things. Probably only because I have bad memories of my first time having them. I was having a dish from an asian/fusion restaurant by me and I had a seizure about a week prior. I didn't realize they were on the dish and when my mouth started tingling I began to freak out because I thought I was about to have another seizure. I ended up making a small scene and it was really embarrassing.

Not that I know of. Fuck, that stuff was illegal to import into the US until fairly recently.
