A kapsalon is 3 courses in one disposable container and absolute heaven when you've been drinking.
Fries, topped with döner or shawarma meat, grilled with a layer of Gouda cheese until melted and then subsequently covered with a layer of dressed salad greens.
A small serving contains around 1800 kcal.

Parisian steak, which is neither steak nor parisian, is pretty good, the pickled condiments go really nice with the butter fried bread, the yolk and the beef. One of those dishes that can be comfy fastfood or god tier culinary experience depending on the chef. It's nothing like beef tartare, shut up

Doesn't look super unique, but it looks like a good comfort food

But it's pretty different from any tartare I've had, the pickled stuff and bread is really more the star than the beef

How so? Tartare is traditionally served with something like toast to give you a contrasting texture. And small amounts of pickled or brined items (like, say, capers) are common ingredients in tartare. Your description sure sounds like tartare to me.
