This is great advice for overcooking steaks

What you need to do is the following:
>have steak sit out until it's room temperature
>in the meantime, heat your iron skillet until its blazing hot (medium high for about 30 minutes)
>throw room temperature steak on skillet for 90 seconds
>flip and cook for another 90 seconds
>take out and set on plate for 5 minutes to let the inside cook for a bit

Perfectly rare every fucking time with a standard ribeye you would get from the grocery store
