Can you overdose on sugar? Wondering if there’s a limit an average body can take in a day. Like if I ate three large bags of sugar in a day would I instantly have diabetes or have my pancreas explode?

Can you overdose on sugar?
Wondering if there’s a limit an average body can take in a day.
