Best fruit I ever had was a massala. Pain in the ass to break into, we needed a large rock. It had the texture of jello and was loaded in the middle with supposedly poisonous seeds. Like a watermelon, you'd spit them out. They're intensely sweet and sour, a totally unique flavor, like a warhead and a peach together. And so refreshing, you felt your thirst had been quenched after eating one.
