Ok /ck/. Which of these is probably the better for you option, to have a canned long lasting ready to heat source of meat protein and filling food? I need to stock up on something like that, and I've decided one of these will work fine, but which is better?

the one on the right actually has protein, the one on the left is potatoes in sauce. you be the judge

Go for the Wolf. The Dinty Moore is full of potatoes, but you can cellar fresh potatoes and do perfectly well. It's also moderately more culinarily respectable, no one but preppers and Appalachians eat Dinty Moore and there's not really any way you can mix it up, but Wolf chili is a middlebrow premade sauce.

Dinty moore is a favorite and staple at my lake cottage.
