Try having inflammatory bowel disease. Can't eat 99.99% of food (including 100% of the food that's actually enjoyable) without ending up spending the next two days shitting blood filled diarrhea with chunks of undigested food getting lodged in little holes burnt in and around the anal / scrotal area of your flesh and causing backed up torrents of even more diarrhea to misfire and open up even more fistulae and abscesses and bringing you a little closer to death by sepsis.
But hey, I can still eat plain noodles and drink water (kill me pls now senpai).
