Is it just soy sauce or is it a combination?

Because just soy sauce sounds terrible

A combination, but I don't know what else is in it.

True. For example, American cuisine is entirely fusion cuisine, and it's terrible.

For a weebshit imageboard you guys are disappointing af. It's Bulldog sauce which is the the milder Japanese version of HP or Worchester saucer, they have it a lot with Western foods and on tradition foods in combo with mayo like on okonomiyaki, takoyaki, and yakisoba. It might have some soy sauce it in but it tastes nothing like soy sauce.

A better approximation of bulldog would be a mix of ketchup and worcestershire. Bulldog has a thick consistency, it's nothing like the watery consistency of worcestershire.

Agreed.

If anyone here wants to make it, just get ketchup and add some worcestershire sauce. That's 95% the same as storebought bulldog.

fusion isn't always bad. it just consistently good. like i can't go to an established fusion joint and just assume the food will be good like i can with other cuisines and be right most of the time.
