Hello /ck/,
my wife says we are getting some bull meat this weekend and she wants me to prepare it. Is it the same as regular beef? I’m led to believe it’s darker and the cuts are much larger.
She says I’m a good cook and mentioned something about spit roasting but I don’t have a barbecue or large oven as we only have a small Stockholm apartment.
Please help.
