Make a social media campaign. Invite all the people to your page, have them comment to profess the love. After the page grows well over 100,000, or half-mil Write a letter to YUM! Brands basically stating your page has blown up. The people have spoken, and we want volcano menu back.

I'm pretty sure something like this is how a lot of discontinued food items make a comeback. (Ie cheesy tots from BK, ghost pepper cheese from White castle, venison from arby's even if it was just one day. Szechuan sauce from McDonalds, Mac+Cheetos from BK even if it was still limited time, the zinger at US KFC locations. You get the point)

While you're at it, can you make a page for Orange Hi-C to return to McDonalds?
