Deep dish pizzas, New York Style pizza, and various BBQ techniques, machine spun cotton candy which made it cheaper and more popular, hot dogs, even chocolate chip fucking cookies. Americans invented, improved, or just changed a lot of recipes and food stuffs. Obviously not as much as Europe due to only being a few centuries old.

Heya, I have lived pretty much everywhere in Europe. But never been eating in US.

I can confim british food is fucking shit. The quality is fucked up. You might get the biggest plates, but its shit.

Italian food is not really good when it is in italty, other countries makes it better than them selfs. They basicly use no spices with low quality meat.

Germany has good quality.

But the absolute masterrace of Europe is Scaninavia they got the highest quality and the best preparation of any dishes since they favor quality over quantity. You cant compare for a example a pasta carbonara or pizza with italy, or a hamburger from England.


Pic is a Swedish Pizza, they used the old way of italian pizza from 50's that always required fresh dough, that have now changed in Italy.

Also it's hard to compare a whole cuisine with another as it changes from one restaurant to another.
For example : you're saying that Italian cuisine is bad when it's homemade, but you might only have gone to touristic places were it's not really worth it, because I can assure you that the best pizzas I've eaten were in Italy, and certainly not in Scandinavia were it's not a speciality and not italian style either.
That said I would appreciate to learn more about your experiences with food in the different countries you mentioned, because I'm very surprised that you found German food of "good quality" when it's really not the finest european cuisine
