start with jalapeños. i used two. chop em up. if you don't want the seeds, take em out. use as few or as many as you like. dump in bowl and hit em with a bit of salt and pepper

next chop up some ongyons. red have a bite to them, but they turn everything red after a day or two. i use white. chop em up. use as many as you'd like. i used half of one that was about the size of a baseball.

throw it on top of jalapeños and add a bit of salt and pepper
